About Us

We are a ministry of Harman Memorial Baptist Church.
Our goal is to provide quality education in a safe environment with parent interaction.
For 83 years, Harman Memorial Baptist Church has been serving families in Southwest Virginia. As we head into 2023 we are compelled by our mission to develop a school that will glorify God. We are committed to equipping our students with a Christ-centered educational experience that will empower them to overcome obstacles and embrace opportunities at each level of their growth and development. We are dedicated to inspiring in each student a genuine love for God, love for one another, and active engagement in serving their communities.
We will begin our journey by starting our K-4 Pre-school Class and our Kindergarten class in 2023 and plan on expanding at least one grade a year up to 7th grade.
With the Lord's leading we are excited to establish a Christ-centered elementary school,
The Harman Christian Academy (HCA). Families in Buchanan County and surrounding communities are welcome here.
