Please if you are interested in sending your student to HCA and financial restraints are an issue let us know by filling out the form below. We choose kids attendance at HCA as often as we can. Our goal is to be sustainable but not highly profitable and we want as many students as possible to be able to enjoy a solid academic and Biblical worldview education. Preschool classes only offer a multiple student discount because of our teacher -student ratio. Kindergarten and up we do offer discounts and scholarships as often as we can. With that being said we have to remain sustainable and cannot guarantee all requests.
Scholarships and Aid
Harman Christian Academy understands the life-changing value of an excellent, Christ-centered education; we also know that investing in a Christian education can be financially challenging. We are committed to making Christian Academy accessible and affordable for Christian families with students from preschool - 1st Grade. We offer discounts for parents with multiple children in preschool and we offer scholarships and discounts for Kindergarten thru 1st grade.

Renewanation Scholarships are also avaiable to students at HCA these are determined by a third-party provider. Renewanation provides an objective assessment of financial need based on information provided by our families. To see qualifications click here. Parents will need to complete a TA application then upon request we can send you a Renewanation packet as well as include their previous year’s tax and income documents.

Please be aware that Tuition Assistance awards are time sensitive. Applications for TA will continue to be accepted for the upcoming school year and will be processed on a rolling basis subject to available funding. If you do not have access to the internet or if you have any questions about the application process, please contact the office for a paper form to be mailed to you.
